We want you to be delighted with everything we bake. If something is not right, please tell us — we'll make it right.
Pre-orders
- Pre-orders may be cancelled or modified up to 24 hours before pickup at no charge.
- Same-day cancellations may be subject to a 50% charge.
- If we make a mistake with your order, we will replace it or refund it in full.
Custom cakes
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a custom cake order.
- Cancellations more than 7 days before the event will receive 100% of the deposit back as bakery credit.
- Cancellations within 7 days will forfeit the deposit.
- Wedding cake deposits are non-refundable within 30 days of the event.
Catering
- Cancellations more than 72 hours before the event: full refund.
- 48–72 hours: 50% refund.
- Less than 48 hours: no refund, as ingredients have been ordered and prep is underway.
How to request a refund
Email meghna@masoomeenhospital.com with your order details. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
