What time do you open?
We open at 7am Tuesday through Friday and at 8am on Saturday and Sunday. We close at 5pm on weekdays and 4pm on weekends. Mondays we are closed.
Do you sell out?
Sometimes, especially weekends. The safest way to guarantee a loaf or a particular pastry is to place a pre-order 24–48 hours ahead.
Are you dog-friendly?
Yes — on the patio. We keep water bowls and a treat jar by the front door.
Do you offer gluten-free options?
We bake several gluten-free items including the flourless chocolate cake, financiers, and a weekly GF loaf. Our kitchen is not a dedicated gluten-free facility, so we cannot guarantee zero cross-contact.
Can I order a custom cake online?
Yes — please use the custom cakes form. We need at least 7 days notice (4 weeks for weddings).
Do you do wholesale?
We supply bread to a small group of East Bay restaurants and coffee shops. Email meghna@masoomeenhospital.com with details about your business.
Do you take credit cards?
Yes — all major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not have a cash minimum.
Is there parking?
Free street parking is generally available on weekends. Tue–Fri, the meters around CSU East Bay apply.
Do you ship?
Not at the moment. We are local-pickup and local-delivery only.
