Allergen Notice

Our small kitchen handles wheat, rye, spelt, dairy, eggs, soy, sesame and tree nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts, hazelnuts) on a daily basis. We bake with peanut products only on rare special-order occasions and clean the kitchen thoroughly afterward.

Cross-contact

While we take reasonable care to keep allergen-containing ingredients separated, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from cross-contact with the allergens listed above.

Dietary options we offer

  • Vegan: olive-oil cake, focaccia, several scones, sourdough breads (always vegan).
  • Gluten-free: flourless chocolate cake, financiers, weekly GF loaf. Not made in a dedicated GF facility.
  • Nut-free: many breads and pastries, but please ask the day of, as recipes shift.
  • Refined-sugar-free: certain custom cakes on request.
